Industrial/Commercial Project Manager – Pittsburgh, PA

The primary responsibility of this position is the successful supervision and management of construction activities, in the safest manner possible.  This position may require occasional travel or relocation.  Pay commensurate with experience.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The overall successful management of assigned projects including budgets, schedules, resource and workforce allocation, communication and client satisfaction
  • Direct supervision of all project assigned supervisory and other management office/staff
  • Provide appropriate guidance and input into the development and updating of all project schedules, job cost and other management reports
  • Review and approve all key job site construction methods and practices

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

Accounting Assistant – East Chicago, IN

Our Accounting & Cost Control Analysts are part of a team that is responsible for providing full-cycle Accounting & Cost Control support, working closely with project managers, customers, and colleagues to account for and track data related to project budgets and forecasts, billing and collection, cost control, reporting, and other supporting roles.

Some of the first things you’ll do in this role will be:

  • Become familiar with crew work schedules and shifts, pay formulas, and billing rates
  • Generate and review daily swipe reports
  • Create and / or review daily timesheets for adherence to IBEW union & customer contracts, job coding accuracy, and resolving discrepancies
  • Submit daily timesheets to corporate payroll for processing
  • Review corporate Labor Distribution Reports for accuracy and resolve payroll errors
  • Supply onboarding of new-hire info needed to maintain customer TRACK systems, prepare annual badge renewals.
  • Ensure contractor badges are requested and appropriately set up, activated and / or deactivated in customer databases
  • Ensure proper documentation is secured from the field to support TRACK exceptions and overrides
  • Input daily time, material, and equipment into TRACK systems, based on established processes / procedures
  • Allocate, request overrides, re-allocate, and accept TRACK entries
  • Generate TRACK reports
  • Obtain ERS payment records from customer databases, match ERS PO numbers to ComputerEase jobs, create invoices and post in ComputerEase
  • Coordinate efforts with project managers and other departments to ensure timely and accurate TRACK data input

IT Analyst II – East Chicago, IN

We are in search of an Information Technology Analyst II for our East Chicago, IN location. Pay commensurate with experience.  The primary responsibility of this position is providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, networks, hardware, and software to clients in our regional offices and at job site locations. The position will require frequent local and occasional long distance travel.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Work with Project Manager and IT Manager to set up new jobsites with all required equipment and connectivity.
  • Provide appropriate guidance and input to clients into the development of proper usage and best practices, within the established policies developed by the department.
  • Maintain workstations through regular maintenance and updates.
  • Ability to work autonomously in varying environments.
  • Maintain accurate logging of daily work.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be able to pass drug and site safety tests.
  • 4-year degree in related field or 2-year degree with accompanying certification(s) (such as CompTIA A+)
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Information Technology with verified Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels and utilize innovative and effective support methodologies to maximize employee and project performance are pre-requisites.
  • Must maintain high standard of conduct and standards as established by the Department.
  • Experience in industrial or utility fields preferred.
