EPC / Design Build

EPC / Design-Build brings design, engineering, procurement, and construction under one contract, giving the owner a single team accountable for the entire project lifecycle.

Sargent Electric delivers EPC electrical scope across utility, renewable energy, and industrial markets, managing design, equipment procurement, and field execution.

  • One accountable team.
  • One protected schedule.
  • One point of contact.

Under an EPC contract, our design, engineering, procurement, planning, and field leadership teams work from the same set of project goals, reducing the risk of misalignment between what is designed, what is purchased, and what is built. Decisions made early in engineering are evaluated for their cost, schedule, and constructability impact before they become fixed.

Procurement is managed with the same discipline as construction. Long-lead equipment, material milestones, and escalation risk are tracked continuously, so purchasing decisions support the schedule rather than react to it. The objective of EPC delivery is to remove the gaps between engineering, procurement, and construction so the owner receives a project managed as one effort, from concept to energization.
