Coming into the industry through the IBEW apprenticeship taught Damean to respect the craft, solve problems, and value hard work. While earning a bachelor’s degree and MBA, he developed an appreciation for how planning, technology, and leadership empowers top-performing teams. Leading through example, he has shaped a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service throughout our Mission Critical division.
